R&K Freight Advisory exists because most mid-sized companies have nobody whose job is to check freight bills — and carrier billing counts on that.

Sang has spent more than 16 years inside logistics operations — managing parcel and LTL shipping, auditing FedEx and UPS invoices, working with 3PL warehouses, and running the shipping systems (Sage, StarShip) that mid-sized distributors actually use. The audit methodology behind our reports was built from that day-to-day work: the errors we look for are the ones that actually appear on real invoices, week after week.

How we work

Fixed fee. We're not paid a percentage of a savings number we calculate ourselves.
Honest buckets. Recoverable errors, preventable costs, and strategic opportunities are always reported separately.
Your findings, your data. Deliverables belong to you; your data is used only for your engagement and never shared.
Both sides of the story. Every report includes what your operation is already doing well — a report that only criticizes is only half a picture.
Advisory only. We analyze and advise. We don't move freight, broker loads, or take commissions from carriers.
