• Rates vs. agreement — every charge type billed at the contracted rate.
• Quantities vs. activity — pallet counts, pick counts, and handling volumes reconciled against your actual movement.
• Charge types you never agreed to — new line items that appeared without a rate-sheet change.
• Storage math — billed pallet positions vs. inventory on hand, month by month.
• Duplicates and carryover errors — the same charge appearing on consecutive invoices.

The 3PL review is included in the Freight Performance Audit when you use outside warehousing — send recent invoices with your data package and we take it from there. It's also available as a standalone review for companies whose freight is clean but whose warehouse bills are a mystery.
